These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Looopi app. By downloading or using Looopi, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Looopi on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Looopi Pro subscriptions

• Looopi offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Looopi Pro, which unlocks the full feature set after any free trial period.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

Looopi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a productivity aid and is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version always applies, with its effective date shown above.
