Looopi

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Looopi ("the app", "we") is a focus-timer app built to be private by design. This policy explains what data Looopi handles and how. The short version: your data stays on your device, and we don't run accounts or tracking.

Data stored on your device

Everything you create in Looopi is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard app storage. This includes:

This data is never transmitted to a Looopi server. Deleting the app removes it from your device.

Data we do not collect

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Looopi Pro is an optional subscription sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). When you subscribe, restore, or cancel, the purchase is handled entirely by the store. Looopi receives only the transaction information the store provides to verify your subscription status — it does not include payment details or personal identity. We use this solely to unlock Pro features and, for lapsed subscribers, to sign promotional ("win-back") offers. Apple's and Google's handling of your purchase is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Looopi schedules local notifications on your device to tell you when a focus or break period ends. These are generated and delivered on-device and are not sent through a remote push service operated by us.

Children's privacy

Looopi is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the app collects no personal data and requires no account, there is nothing for us to associate with any user.

Your rights

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it: clear your history in the app, or uninstall to erase everything. We hold no copy to access, export, or delete on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
